HOME CLEANING SERVICES
When people ask what Calabash does we answer 
everything your weekly cleaner doesn't
- within reason obviously! Our cleaners will wipe down all the window ledges and picture frames, above the doors and all round the skirting boards. In bathrooms we wash the tiles and de-scale the taps, in bedrooms we pull out beds and items of furniture so we can get to places weekly cleaners won't go.
We offer two different services:
Set-Menu
Ideal if you require a spring clean on a budget. We can do whatever you wish - be it just a particular room or the whole house cleaned. Leave it to us and we will have your home fresh and sparkling. This basic package does not include any specialist services such as carpet cleaning, oven cleaning or window cleaning.
We understand that properties vary a great deal in size, condition and cleaning requirements. Therefore, please consider the following as a guide only. Our prices start from: (excluding VAT 20%)
• £130.00 Experienced Cleaning Team of 2 staff for 3 hours each (ie. 6 hours total)
• £158.00 Experienced Cleaning Team of 2 staff for 3.5 hours each (ie. 7 hours total)
• £178.00 Experienced Cleaning Team of 2 staff for 4 hours each (ie. 8 hours total)
Set-Menu allows you to prioritise your requirements. You will be able to specify what definitely needs to be done - and what you would like done if there is time.
A La Carte
This is our bespoke service. One of our managers will visit your home to discuss your requirements in detail. A la Carte includes the services of a project manager to supervise the whole job which includes arranging for specialist requirements such as:
• Carpet Cleaning
• Floor Polishing
• Window Cleaning
• Oven and Aga Cleaning
Calabash will customise our residential cleaning service to suit your requirements. Our teams of cleaners are always fully supervised and will deliver excellent results, every time. Should you ever need to speak to anyone about the work, you will be able to contact a manager - immediately. There will be no need to leave a note.
We pride ourselves on our speed of response - we'll even come out at short notice on the weekends and during holidays. Our goal is to delight you with the high quality of our work every time.
Cleaning Teams
Our cleaning teams are different from the norm. Calabash has tapped into a local network of local, educated mums many of whom took time off work to start a family and have now decided not to return to full time employment. All these ladies have homes of their own and are used to high standards which means they automatically have a good understanding of client cleaning requirements.
When the need arises we can also call on specialist teams from the parent company in London. All of our cleaners are experienced people who have been fully trained by Calabash - they will offer you an unbeatable service.
